Compliance Administration Agent

Balance CBD is recruiting a compassionate, accurate and tenacious BILINGUAL COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATION AGENT to work with our dynamic team near San Francisco, CA. Supporting our existing client base, this is an ideal position for a friendly and team-oriented candidate who thrives in a bustling environment. This position is a Term Maternity Leave position with the opportunity for extension. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients, in assisting them with orders & inquiries
  • Check and validate client applications and medical documents, and save them in the client database 
  • Help keep clients organized so that all the required information and documents are collected 
  • Set up client profiles and ensure applicants have all required documentation to be eligible for ordering CBD products
  • Assist clients via telephone and email
  • Follow up with clients and clinics, when applicable
  • Assist with clients in a respectful, professional manner and remain calm and supportive in challenging situations

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • 5+ years of Customer Service and/or Administration experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Computer proficiency and accurate data entry
  • Must be patient and have ability to work with a diverse customer base
  • Must be organized and follow up in a timely manner
  • Must be compassionate and personable, as you may be dealing with people who are anxious, stressed or in pain
  • Proven history of attention to detail
  • Ability to keep client information strictly confidential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
