How long does it take to receive an e-gift card?

Most e-gift cards are delivered within 5 minutes of placing the order. However, email carriers and other issues can cause delays. If an e-gift card is not received within 4 hours, please contact support@balancecbd.com or call 1.415.529.5004

If you sent the gift card to another person, you will get a confirmation email (but not the email with the virtual gift card link). If you would like to resend the email to the recipient, you’ll find instructions in the confirmation email.

How do I use an e-gift card?

When you or your recipient receives the email with the link to the e-gift card, click the link to view the card. To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN at checkout. This card cannot be used to redeem in stores.

Can I use my gift card online and in-shop?

The gift cards can be used only online.

Do gift cards expire or incur service fees?

Balance CBD’s gift cards will expire 5 years from the date of purchase. There are no activation, service or inactivity fees.

Can gift cards be returned?
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
What amount can I put on a gift card?

You can load a balance of $25, $50, $75 and $100 on an e-gift card.
